Barb Witten and Randy Bradley are doing this for a simple reason. We’re concerned about our country, our families, and our community — and when someone asked us, “So what are you going to do to help?” we realized we didn’t have a good answer. So we took a beat, got honest… and got to work.
Right now, our work is 100% volunteer-based. We’re finding that the skills we’ve built over decades translate really well and can genuinely help organizations and community efforts move forward — faster, stronger, and with more impact.

As Co-Founder and Executive Vice President of DatocWitten Group, Barb helped build an award-winning firm serving national defense, veterans, education, healthcare, and community-based nonprofits. Her client portfolio has included the Naval War College Foundation, National Defense University Foundation, Congressional Medal of Honor Society, United States Navy Memorial, National Medal of Honor Center for Leadership, World War II Foundation, Blue Star Families, and numerous regional organizations across Maryland.

Randy retired in 2022 after 32 years with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's Chesapeake Bay Office in Annapolis, Maryland, as an Information Technology Program Manager. He specialized in technical operations and excellent constituent relations for multiple IT programs addressing environmental and water quality projects within the Bay Watershed.
